Co-Designing a Shared Understanding of a Population Health Approach

Public Health HSE and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland School of Population Health are currently collaborating on a project titled All Together for Population Health.

This project aims to collaboratively co-design a definition and core principles of a population health approach in Ireland. This will support a shared understanding of a population health approach across the health system and help align efforts to improve population health.
