Aim of the Survey

We want to understand what you think about health and social care services for children and young people in Galway and find out any problems so we can make these services better.

Our goal is to make sure these services meet the needs of children and young people and are truly person-centred.

Who Can Participate?

1. Young people (13 to 18 years old) who have attended community health and social care services in Galway.
2. Parents and carers of young people who have attended community health and social care services in Galway.
