This contract continued on a roll over year to year until 2018. Resilience care requested extra payments and home from home was unable to pay. The HSE then stepped in and agreed a service level agreement to resilience care. This was a huge relief for the Board of Directors of Home from Home as it secured the continuance of the service for the children and their families. To facilitate the agreement the board of directors of home from home requested consent from Pobal to draw up a lease through their Solicitor whereas home from home would be landlord and resilience care would be tenants.
