The Endeavour Project is a collection of treatment programmes aimed at helping people with ongoing difficulties managing intense emotions.
Problems in regulating emotions can lead to considerable mental health difficulties such as increased risk of clinical depression, anxiety, deliberate self-harm and suicide.
Our programmes are based on a model of therapy called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, which teaches people skills to deal with their intense emotions.
Programmes are available across the county for adults and adolescents.
In parts of the county, programmes are available for both service users (DBT and U&ME programmes) and also for family members (Family Connections).
A group programme based on DBT skills is also available through the Addiction Service based in Arbour House. This group is called U&ME-A.
