| Post Specific Related Information: |
Demonstrate depth and breadth of professional knowledge and experience across the CNM2 scope of nursing in Gerontology / Older People Services as relevant to the role. The CNM2 in residential care will take on the Safeguarding Delegated Officer Role and may be required also to be the Person Participating in Management (PPIM) therefore he / she must have a qualification in management Level 6 or be working towards same.
