"• Demonstrate depth and breadth of nursing experience in the specialist area of diabetes as relevant to the role.
In order to develop effective and more efficient services, the post holder is required to:
• Have undertaken or agree to undertake, within an agreed timeframe, the Nurse Prescribing of Medicinal Products Certificate
• Have undertaken or agree to undertake, within an agreed timeframe, the Nurse Prescribing of Ionising Radiation Certificate, if clinically relevant to the role
• Formally apply for entry onto the Interim ONMSD CNS/CMS database (until the database is transferred to its permanent location).
