"• Demonstrate significant depth and breadth of experience in working in mental health services and provision of psychological service in mental health services for young people and adults with complex needs, their families and carers.
• Demonstrate experience in clinical supervision
• Demonstrate interest in and/ or experience of: Leading others in the provision of psychological services
• Hold a clinical caseload as part of his/her work on a multidisciplinary team
• Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role.
• Have appropriate IT skills required for the post. "
