"To aid in the provision of a Diagnostic Service.
In co-operation with the Senior Medical Scientist (s), clinical staff and the Chief Medical Scientist, the post holder will participate in the delivery of a quality laboratory service that supports the clinical needs of MRH Tullamore’ s patients/service users and is consistent with the Laboratory Quality Statement, mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the organisation.
Interdepartmental cooperation and team work is an essential component of providing an integrated Pathology service at MRHT. The post holder may be required to work in departments outside their primary remit as the need arises.
