A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Speech and Language Therapist,
Clinical Therapist CDNT, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose
vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. "

| Post Specific Related Information: |
"Depth and breadth of experience in providing an SLT service to Children and young
people with complex needs within CDNTs,
- Adequate experience of working closely in collaboration with others Knowledge of
national and local priorities in relation to disabilities, CDNT, legislation, regulatory
requirements and service development priorities.
- A flexible approach to working schedule is required in order to ensure deadlines are
met.
- Experience of quality, patient safety, resource and risk management as relevant to the
role
- Experience in providing leadership, service development and demonstrating initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capacity to take on active roles
and responsibilities within team structures.
- Demonstrate and promote collaborate working relationships within teams in the
delivery of integrated, family-centred services.
