The HSE and the Charities Regulator signed a Memorandum of Understanding (PDF, 1.8 MB,12 pages) on July 21 which will enable a closer working relationship between both public bodies.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) facilitates information sharing and cooperation between both public bodies. Any information sharing will take place in accordance with the terms of the MOU. The HSE’s Compliance Unit is the single and only point of contact between the HSE and the Charities Regulator.
