The Centre for Effective Services (CES) was contracted to work with and support the AFFINITY Project team in developing an Evaluation framework for the AFFINITY Project during 2019.
3 documents were developed through this partnership including:
1. A literature review on implementing complex system change initiatives and evaluating systems change
2. An evaluation framework to inform any future evaluation(s) of the AFFINITY Project
3. Data Gap Analysis for AFFINITY National Falls & Bone Health Project - A review of data collection and monitoring systems and associated gap analysis.
Building on the groundwork provided by the CES report 'Data Gap Analysis for AFFINITY National Falls and Bone Health Project' a measurement/data work-stream of the Affinity project is due to be convened.
This workstream will be tasked with identifying and agreeing on the relevant process and outcome measures in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
