Three consultant psychiatrists |
One consultant covers Lucan/ Adamstown, one covers Ballyfermot/Chapelizod and one covers Palmerstown/ Cherry Orchard. |
Four doctors in training |
Each of these are assigned to work with a particular consultant. |
Two psychologists |
The psychologists allocate referrals according to their clinical skills and expertise |
Two mental health social worker |
The social workers cross cover all of the teams in Ballyfermot and Lucan Community Mental Health Team. |

1 assistant director of nursing
1 nursing manager in Day Hospital and Day Centre
2 nurses in Day Hospital
2 nurses in Day Centre
3 community mental health nurses (one with each consultant)
.5 clozapine nurse
1 nursing manager in home care
3 staff nurses in home care
1 clinical nurse specialist in Homecare and registered nurse perscriber
1 nurse specialising in first Episode Psychosis
.5 clinical nurse specialist in behavour therapy

Two and a half occupational therapists |
One OT works in Home Care, the other two cover the day hosp, out patient services and first episode psychosis cases. They cross cover according to their clinical specialist areas. |
One speech and language therapist |
The speech and language therapist covers the entire catchment area. |
Two administrative support staff. |
Ensure all clinics run smoothly. |
One household attendant |
