We aim to help our patients to achieve the best possible short and long-term health outcomes, promoting self-management of diabetes, and minimising the risk of diabetes-related complications.

Discover Diabetes
Discover Diabetes is a four-session course. Each session lasts two and a half hours, running for 4 weeks in a row. Follow up sessions are offered at 6 months and 12 months.
