Choosing to vaccinate your child, is one of the most important things you can do to protect them from serious illness. Vaccination is safe and effective, and all vaccines are free of charge from your GP (doctor).
The vaccines in the Childhood Immunisation Programme protect your child against 14 different infectious diseases.
Your child needs five visits to your GP (doctor) to complete their course of vaccines and be protected against 14 serious infectious diseases. Please bring your child’s immunisation passport to each visit.
The vaccines your child will be offered will depend on when they were born. Click on the links below to see what vaccines your child will get, and at what age they should get them.
