Covax Vaccination Management System

Welcome to the Covax Training Webpage!

Covax is a comprehensive system designed to manage, monitor, and support the administration of a selection of vaccinations across Ireland.

The Platform enables users to register clients, record immunisation details and schedule walk in vaccination appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient vaccination process.

This page offers all the essential information to help you access Covax, set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other useful links to the Covax Training guides.

Covax Mandatory Training

All new and returning Covax users must complete the mandatory ‘Covax System Introductory Training Course’. Please ensure that your course certificate downloaded from HSEland and is submitted to your area Vaccination Lead before recording client immunisations in Covax.

The Train01 Environment is available to practise workflows before using the live system. To gain access, email covid19.support@healthservice.ie with the subject “Sandbox User Administration / New Joiner”.
