Dementia: Understand Together is a public support, awareness and information campaign led by the HSE, working with The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, Age Friendly Ireland, Healthy Ireland, the Dementia Services Information and Development Centre, and Age and Opportunity. It is supported by more than 40 national organisations and over 700 community champions who are making Ireland's communities dementia inclusive.
