Junior Cycle SPHE Resources

These resources support the 2023 SPHE curriculum for Junior Cycle.

They were created through a partnership together with:

• The HSE
• The Department of Education
• The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment

There are currently 8 learning units available for download.

Emotional Wellbeing 3 and Making healthy Choices 3 will be available later in 2025.

How to use these resources

These learning activities can be used to plan Junior Cycle SPHE lessons. You can choose what works best based on your students' needs, interests and stage of development.
