The National Contracts Office, National Primary Care Strategy and Planning are responsible for developing appropriate contractual arrangements with Independent Contractors.
They do this on behalf of the HSE for the provision of services to the public.
These independent contractors include;
- General Practitioners
- General Dental Practitioners and Clinical Dental Technicians
- Pharmacists
- Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians and Ophthalmologists
