- Primary Care (Including Palliative Care & Social Inclusion)
- Mental Health
- Disabilities
- Older Persons (Including NHSS)
- Health & Wellbeing Community
- Quality & Patient Safety
Financial Support provided to Community Operations includes:
- Managing the Annual Estimates
- National Service Plan and Annual Budgeting Cycle
- Provision of insightful, independent analysis on the performance of Divisional Care Groups and Community Health Organisations and by fostering compliance with financial processes, procedures and controls
- Monthly Forecasting
- Preparation of Business Cases for Service Developments or Changes in service delivery models
- Provision of Expert advice on all financial and related matters to the Community Operations Management Team
