IFMS is being rolled out in stages or ‘implementation groups’, based on location.
Implementation Group 1 (IG1)
Implementation Group 1 (IG1) went live on 3 July 2023.
IG1 Services Areas:
- HSE East
- HSE Corporate and National Services including National Ambulance Service (NAS) in the East
- Finance Shared Services (FSS)
- Procurement Shared Services (PSS)
- National Distribution Centre (NDC)
- Primary Care Reimbursement Service (PCRS)
- Tusla - Child and Family Agency

Implementation Group 2 (IG2)
Implementation Group 2 (IG2) went live on 1 April 2025 in the following regions.

Implementation Group 3 (IG3)
IFMS will go live in IG3 on 1 July 2025. Four IFMS Regional Teams are supporting the preparation of this roll out in the following four regions.
