The purpose of the National Delegations Office is to ensure that relevant managers/personnel in the HSE are delegated/sub-delegated appropriate legal authority to carry out statutory functions.
The Delegation Policy Framework and Governance Arrangements sets out an updated framework with supporting policy guidelines that will underpin good governance regarding the system of delegation of statutory functions throughout the Health Service Executive.
