Cork/Kerry Community Healthcare Complaint Management Information
In keeping with the HSE Your Service Your Say Complaint Policy - Cork/Kerry Community Healthcare is committed to the timely and effective management of complaints and feedback about the services it provides.

Complaints or feedback can be submitted to yoursay@hse.ie for referral to the relevant area and assignment to a complaint officer.
A complaint is defined under the legislation as any action that “does not accord with fair and sound administrative practice and, that adversely affects the service user.”
Listed below are names of appointed complaint officers with authority to investigate complaints under the Your Service Your Say Policy effective as of 1 May 2024.
Subject to operational changes this list is routinely updated and otherwise reviewed annually.

Service Users are also entitled to refer a complaint directly to the Office of the Ombudsman at any stage - the Ombudsman is fair, independent, and free to use.
