It provides a safe supportive environment to share experiences and ideas for managing the unique challenges of mental health difficulties. It also offers a way to access information and practical support.
Who should go to this group?
It’s open to anyone who helps somebody suffering from mental health difficulties. Whether this is a new situation or have some experience, this group can provide mutual support.

How long does it last?
The group meets for roughly two hours once a month. It’s voluntary so there is no need to confirm in advance that you’re coming.
