All people that would benefit from understanding more about their emotions, the purpose of emotion and how they impact on their mental health.

Exclusion - active psychosis/poor literacy

Content

Understanding your feelings

  • Understanding how what we think impacts on how we feel
  • Understanding how what we do impacts on how we feel
  • Understanding how our relationships impact our feelings.
  • Understanding how what we feel influences our mental health

Format

The format of the group is through teaching, discussion and skills based training 

Venue

Sheaf House, 2 hours weekly

Pathway

This may be a first step intervention for all people with psychological difficulties.
