28 February 2025 is Rare Disease Day, the rarest day of the year. This year’s global campaign - “More Than You Can Imagine” - highlights how rare conditions shape lives in ways many don’t see and will raise awareness of the unique needs of the rare disease community worldwide and the 300,000 people in Ireland living with a rare disease.
