The following tables show the primary childhood immunisation programme schedules introduced since 1995 in Ireland.

There is a table at the bottom of this page showing the year each vaccine was introduced in Ireland.

1 October 2016 - Present

2 months 6 in 1 + PCV + MenB + Rotavirus (3 injections + Oral Drops)
4 Months 6 in 1 + MenB + Rotavirus (2 injections + Oral Drops)
6 Months 6 in 1 + PCV + MenC (3 injections)
12 Months MMR + MenB (2 injections)
13 Months Hib/MenC + PCV (2 injections)
  • 6 in 1 = Diphtheria, Teranus, acellular Pertussis, inactivated polio, Haemoplilus influenzae b and Hepatitis B vaccine
  • PCV = Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine 13 valent
  • MenB = Meningococcal B vaccine
  • Rotavirus = Rotavirus oral vaccine
  • MenC = Meningococcal C conjugate vaccine
  • MMR = Measles, mumps and rubella vaccine
  • Hib/MenC = Haemoplilus influenzae b and Meningococcal C conjugate vaccine
